Legal Statement- Gay Conch Republic Corporation is a dba registered with the Florida Secretary of State belonging to Blue Planet Offices, Inc. Blue Planet Offices, Inc. is a Florida, USA corporation.

The Gay Conch Republic Passport is conducted in cooperation with and licensed by Conch Republic Passport Control, Inc. the Hon. Sir Peter Anderson, Secretary General of the Conch Republic.

The Hon. Sir Peter Anderson and his Conch Republic Passport Control, Inc. has been issuing a Conch Republic Passport for twenty years. It is an official appearing passport and costs $99.95.

There are no "visa" stamps involved nor does the Conch Republic Passport have the same purpose or distribution methods. There are also significant differences in appearance.

We respect his efforts in putting the Conch Republic on the map. In order to do everything above board, we have signed a legal contract with Sir Peter Anderson and his corporation which gives us all rights and provides him with a healthy commission on passport sales for many years to come.

The Hon. Sir Peter Anderson (pictured) endores our passport and a section inside the passport carries his certification and signature as the Secretary General of the Conch Republic.

Just to make it crystal clear. We do not represent our passports as valid travel documents. Our passport is a travel souvenir and is issued in the spirit of the Conch Republic - "a state of mind".

There are many illegal schemes for selling passports for both real and fake countries. The Gay Conch Republic cautions the public against purchasing such passports for purposes of applying for visas or travel to the United States.
