Express Edition and International Edition

Please read the page on the standard passport first. The Express Edition and the International Edition passports are discussed on this page. We understand the current economic climate, it certainly is affecting us. At the same time, this is a great idea and to be successful we need to have large numbers of our community using the passports. Thus, we are offering these two versions of the Gay Conch Republic Passport at the lowest possible cost.

The Express Edition is only $4.95 and is available to residents of the United States and Canada. The Express Edition is for people who do not travel a great deal or do not travel long distances, hence the name, Express, like an express airflight. Of course, it is just a name.

The International Edition is $5.95 and is available to anyone in the world. There is a one dollar cost difference to cover international first class mail delivery. We realize that many members of our community around the world are unable to afford $29.95 for the standard passport. We want the entire LGBT community to participate in this fun program, so we have developed a product virtually everyone can afford.

In addition to a lower cost, this allows us to offer additional payment options, such as charging the cost of the passport to your landline or mobile telephone in over 200 countries. Other payment options will be available shortly.

The other difference between the two versions is the cover color. The Express Edition cover is Pink. The International Edition cover is a color called "Driftwood". Both cover logos are printed in full color just like the standard passport. See the photographs on this page for actual appearances.

These editions of the passport do not have a white layer on the inside of the passport cover. The identification and contact pages are printed directly onto the cover. They include a die cut sheet of self-adhesive plastic. You fill in the information the passport requires, add your photograph and use the plastic to seal in the information. The plastic also makes the cover thicker and gives it considerable reinforcement. The outside cover is not plastic coated like the standard edition.

These two editions contain 8 pages plus the cover. The certification page is one of the 8 pages which provides 7 pages for visa stamps. The 7 pages will hold 42 1.5x1.5 stamps or less with larger stamps. The inside pages are the same quality blue vellum paper we use in our standard and diplomatic passports. One difference is that these two editions inside pages are printed in black ink rather than in color. Once you have placed stamps onto the pages, there will be no apparent difference.

Upgrade Guarantee

In the future if you would like to upgrade to the standard version or the diplomatic version, you will receive a full credit for the cost of the Express or International Edition that you have purchased. To receive the credit, you need to return the book to us. We will remove the pages of your old passport and bind those pages into your new passport. In fact, these two editions are made 1/8 inch larger than the standard editions so that when the pages are removed and put into the new passport, all the pages are trimmed together to create a perfect appearance.

Both editions have serial numbers and are as valid as the standard and diplomatic editions. Some special benefits in the future may not be available with these two editions. The passport asks for it to be returned to us if lost but no reward is offered.

Get Visa Stamps anytime you like. There is no penalty for being an "early adopter". We have a simple method for you to obtain a visa stamp for any trip you take or event that you attend.

Business partners can also issue stamps for events that have already happened. The Gay Conch Republic will also issue a number of stamps for national events. National and Regional Retailers will also issue stamps for events they participate in if the event organizers have not signed up to issue their own stamps. There will be a number of ways you can get "visa" stamps for all of your travels and adventures.

The first page includes a Certification from the Secretary General of the Conch Republic and from the Director General of the Gay Conch Republic. The back inside cover contains space to enter your next of kin, medical contact information and other information that could help you in an emergency.
